We bought all our nursery furniture, our stroller, our car seat, all our big ticket items really at this store. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve experienced, which is really sad considering we have spent a lot of money here. I can usually self manage pretty well but today I made the hour long drive with my son to get some breast pump parts. Online said that they were in stock. I used to work in retail and I know all too well that the online numbers most likely don’t match what the store actually has. Luckily it wasn’t a wasted trip because there were other necessities I was able to grab. What I’m so disappointed with is that I had asked about the spectra accessory kits and upon asking I got a very short response of “thats all we have”, and then the employee went about whatever they were doing. She didn’t even try to help me and I felt like a bother for even asking. I’m really stressed because I really needed those pump parts and I don’t know anywhere else that carries my size in spectra parts. I guess I’ll just have to order it online. This isn’t the only time that stuff like this has happened either. Every time I go into the store and have to ask about an item the situation is roughly the same. It sucks that this is the only buy buy baby close enough to go to otherwise I’d just go to a different one.

I needed help with my registry but the employee was very rude and dismissive. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed the entire time and she acted like I was horrible for asking how to use the app and if I could get the goody bag.

Very bad customer service. I needed help looking for a stroller and the female employees were extremely rude and unprofessional - very unwilling to show me how to fold and unfold the strollers, etc. They also did not know much about the strollers. Doing research online by myself was more helpful.

Love BBB. Great selection all under one roof. Great prices especially with their online coupons.nnCustomer service could be better. We were very reluctantly helped by 2 store employees.

I could rate it negative 1 if I could. The customer service is a joke. Drove all the way from Federal Way to Tukwila store with my newborn to find out the feeding room is closed. Ok fine I can feed the baby in the car. When I told the lady ( her name was Ivient or Iviery ? Can’t remember how to spell it...) she was like “the feeding room is closed what about it? You can sit on one of those chairs but just for 5 minutes ( the chairs in the middle of the store that are for sale where people are walking by ). Apparently the staff working in a baby store has NO idea about baby, feedings etc. Regret that I opened a registry here and bought stuff from them. Not going to do it anymore and will never recommend it to friends. Oh and that same day I spent over $600 there. Not going there again ever.
