I ordered a pineapple fried rice with BBQ chicken and they gave me plain jasmine rice and a side of chicken. No fried rice and they basically shoved me out the door. I had to stop twice to ask for utensils. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and they basically ignored everything I said.
Visiting hood river for the night and picked up food from here to eat at our hotel. So disappointed. My pad Thai was inedible- over salted with a strange tomato flavor. My husband’s cashew chicken was equally awful, tasted like bad chicken soup. Wish we had supported a different restaurant with better food.
They can never seem to get my orders right for take out. The prices fluctuate from order to order even though I order the same thing. The level of spice is always way off as well. Some days a 3 is nothing and others it's to hot to eat. They also like to ring things up Ala carte when they weren't ordered as such. When the food is ordered in person and I get what I ordered,it's great. However I'm done with this place.
If you’re familiar with authentic Thai then this place is disappointing. Frozen peas and carrots and lots of salt disappointing. If you are not, then it might pass as ok. We moved here a few months back and were hesitant to try...and not likely to return.
Good food. But they aren’t the best when it comes to sticking with the time they say that your food is going to be ready. So it’s a 1 star. Sorry.
