An unbelievable dinner. Very professional, but also personable, with a level of detail you have to experience to appreciate. What I thought came through is just how much they care about everything that goes into the meal. From the wine pairings, to the specific ingredients, and then of course the preparation and skill that went into each course. A very unique dining experience and one I highly recommend. We will be going back for sure.

Hands down our favorite restaurant in town. Menu changes on a monthly basis, uses seasonal and local ingredients, and is often themed, whether it's a favorite's menu or based on who won the world cup. John and Doug are great people, very welcoming and put a lot of work and dedication into the food. Only 10 to 12 seats per night so can be tough to get a reservation but we've never had a bad meal here and try to return as often as we can.

I love that they have so many pairing options: reserve wine, house wine, beer and non-alcoholic. I actually liked a couple of the non-alcoholic ones more than the wine! I came while there was an Irish themed menu. My favorite dish was the take on fish and chips, which had salmon, capers and a crumble.

In a city full of trendy foods and hipster vibes, Willow stands out from the crowd. The two guys running it really make you feel welcome, and the server gives you an in depth look at the process of preparing the dish. The menu is deceptively simple, but once it's plated, you can see the complexity of each dish, as well as the care that is put into the menu. The explanation of each dish adds so much to the experience, seeing the long processes and hard work that the guys put into them.
