Awesome customer service here. We were in an rv to big for drive thru and they let us walk thru. Lol. I was disappointed that my blizzard was not turned upside down when presented at the window but I'm just old-school that way!
I ordered a peanut buster parfait on door-dash and have done it multiple times because i just order something that is more expensive than it and add in special instructions to make it the parfait. I ordered it again for probably the 5-6th time and I get a call and the owner says they can’t do it just because the manager didn’t want to. Very poor service after I asked why and when I re-ordered they didn’t ask for my size they just hung up.
We found a very long hair in our chicken sandwich & then found one in our blizzard. I would think that you’d be more worried about hair coverings instead of face coverings. Also, the order takers need to wait for the order instead of interrupting and saying “anything else” after each item. I’ll let you know when I’m finished ordering.
Very courteous and helpful employees. Plus a fabulous strawberry shake!!
Friendly staff, quality consistent with all other DQs. I did not receive the bacon added onto my burger as requested but stuff happens. I am sure they will do better next time I am back.
