I really don't get a chance to train here, as much as I really love to be there. Master McNamara is outstanding and some of the finest TKD practitioners in the NW would not only agree, but make efforts to support, travel and train with him. Whether you are beginning or have some experience under your belt, I can't think of a finer place to learn some martial arts than right here.
Classes are taught by amazing coaches, and kids learn discipline and perseverance...my kid enjoys attending this school!
