Such slow internet!nThe people and service are very friendly and good and all...but their base Internet is 5 Mbps for $30. Their fastest available is 20 Mbps for $70!!!! While their fiber prices are $35 for 25 Mbps to $75 for 100Mbps!!!! How does this make sense?nIt’s 2020 people. My grandma and her cats uses more bandwidth than that living alone.nI get it, they provide services to a rural area but get with the times here for the money you’re charging. But no they have us over a barrel because options are limited I guess.nTheir website says it has fiber in hood river to parkdale and Odell... weird, I live very close to the main highway in that area and I can’t get fiber...?nI wanna love the small guy and support locally but I can’t stream a show and check my email at the same time without one or both lagging so hard that they both restart.... smhnnPlease someone from this company feel free to contact me and explain how this is an issue in this day and age and I will gladly edit my review and be forever grateful.nnSincerely,nA disappointed customer
