I was cited for multiple moving violations in May 2020 so I looked online for an attorney. Baxter Harder came up with great reviews so I gave them a call. Casey Baxter was my attorney. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring about my case and helped me feel at ease. I paid a flat rate to cover all legal expenses up to the trial. Throughout the process, the firm was very attentive in updating me about what was going on with my pending charges. In the end, the DA decided to drop all charges and Casey called me personally to deliver the good news. He even reimbursed a portion of my retainer fee, which was unexpected and very generous of him. It really showed that he cares about his clients and made a point to be as fair as possible. I would definitely recommend him for anyone in need of legal services. I hope I’ll never be in a situation where I need a lawyer again, but if I ever am, I’ll be calling Casey.

I am truly blown away at the amount of time and care Mr. Baxter put into my case, especially being one of the founding attorneys. During my second court appearance it took almost 4 hours before my case was called, and Mr. Baxter sat there with me the entire time answering all of my last minute questions. When my case was finished, he personally called me himself to let me know the good news.nnMr. Baxter's paralegal, Gretchen was my go-to while going through this process and she was nothing short of AMAZING. She truly went above and beyond for me and was always so sweet whenever I was overwhelmed. I’ve had a very positive experience working with Kelly Monaghan with a DUI case. Everything was always explained to me as we proceeded through the process. If I needed any paperwork or something filed they got it done immediately. The paralegal Gretchen was also extremely helpful as well. I would recommend Kelly to anyone I know hands down the best representation you can get. He will do everything that is possible to get the best outcome possible. Great experience

Kelly is an OUTSTANDING attorney, he is extremely knowledgeable and knows what he is doing! in every aspect of my case he was very detailed and doesn't mess around. He checked in on me more than needed. I made a bad decision and earned myself a DUI, I searched for a few days and found Kelly to have great ratings and I trusted the reviews, the first time I met Kelly all of my fears and stress went away because I knew with his positive and friendly attitude that he would be the one to take care of me, he acts more as a (friend) rather than someone who just wants to pocket your money. I was nervous at first but very relaxed once I met him, He went far beyond my expectations and after my trial he has still been in contact with me to insure that I am doing well. He has let me know that if I ever have any questions that he will always be here to help. I never had to repeat myself he remembers EVERYTHING. He knows allot of people on both sides of the system, he is a very SMART, CONFIDENT and PROFECIONAL man.
