Great workout, I would not push myself this hard without it! The real-time feedback from the heart rate monitor has been very helpful in both pacing and pushing myself during workouts. Just as important, though, is the incredible support provided by the team at OTF Bend.

OTF in Bend, OR is AWESOME. I really enjoy all of the coaches and everyone at the front desk makes you feel so welcomed. It's one giant happy family.

I had my first class at the Bend location of OTF yesterday, and everything was excellent. Spotless lobby and exercise space, good COVID-19 safety practices, friendly and communicative staff. Taylor, the coach for the class was great - energetic, sense of humor, inspiring, and helped me get settled in. I recommend Bend OTF to all - you'll feel welcome!

I enjoy the high intensity workouts. There's space for me to push as hard as I can. I get good feedback. The heart rate monitoring is motivating for me too.

Coaches are knowledgeable and get to know the class participants - they drive us in respectful and fun ways to do more, give it our all. But also know our limitations, injuries, life, so understand when we need to alter, backdown, slowdown. It’s an amazing workout in an exceptionally clean studio with great people!!! Results will always show up if you show up!!!
