I had a great time at this gym. I spent 5 months in Bend and Code 541 really look care of me. Great facility and great coaches, combined with a lots of classes and equipment! I would highly recommend them.

Just dropped in for an open gym and was not disappointed. Good environment with a ton of equipment. The program for the day got the heart racing and was easy enough to understand. Will visit again when we come back to Bend!

Code: 541CrossFit is the best gym around. The coaches are awesome! They are very knowledgeable and personable. They push you to do your best, but don't over-do it where it will cause injury. The workouts are scaled according to ability and goals. Code: 541 CF opens their gym to benefit the community, without charge. They house the Phoenix group, and a local youth group weekly. The monthly fee is very reasonable for the results that you will get. They even give those people in the service industry a discount! Code: 541 CrossFit is a legit CF gym with caring people who want to see Bend get healthy and strong!

Code 541 in Sunriver is awesome- I have dropped in to the Sunriver CrossFit Gym during the winter months while visiting from the Seattle area over the last 3 years. What a nice surprise to see the gym is now under ownership by CODE 541. I noticed the equipment upgrades right away and was impressed with the coaching as well for each of three WODs. I enjoyed the gym before but Code 541 has really stepped up the game!

After doing literally NOTHING for eight years I joined 541, I was amazed at how ALL the athletes and coaches accepted me into the pack. What Ian , Daniel, and Keenan, have done with my fitness level in only 10 months is nothing short of miraculous. They have encouraged, and pushed me to become the athlete I am today. I almost didn’t live through the first WOD, but with their expert coaching, I can do more today than I ever thought possible. I am a lot tougher than I thought, and so thankful that 541 is my home. I have a strong personality, I call it A.D.D. As in, if I don’t get enough attention, I get disorderly. The coaching staff has allowed me to be me, while still coaching me to the next level. If you are thinking about CrossFit, 541 is for you. Bonus tip. The 6:30 AM Class IS. THE. BEST.
