Bhakti Earth Yoga

I had not done yoga for years, so when I decided to go to Bhakti Earth yoga I anticipated a struggle with my flexibility and balance. Once I arrived at the studio I was welcomed by Alia ‘Windsong’ Beyer and her infectious smile. During the session she was able to verbally describe the motions and poses in a way that made me not feel embarrassed that I couldn’t do all of them perfectly. It was like a workout and yet at the end of the session I was so relaxed, calm and at peace that I could have easily taken a nap. I hope to continue going back when my schedule allows it because it has made me feel rejuvenated and motivated to get my mind, body and soul back into alignment.
