Wonderful gym, very clean and great customer service. All the equipment you need for either cardio, free weights, or machine weights.

I'm not a gym goer, typically, but a recent back injury and subsequent surgery, I went about finding a personal trainer to get my whole body stronger with an emphasis on back strength. Sharon has been awesome and I really appreciate her dedication and experience in helping me to become a stronger 50 yr old gal!
