Was very nice experience. All I had was a blown fuse and they fixed it with no charge. I used to use Robberson when I lived in Bend. They took care of my F-150 for 9 yrs. Great Company. Thank you.
They ran un needed diagnostic Intuit tried to charge me for more than just getting an alignment
I feel surrounded by best friends when I am here. Of course they take good care of our Ford, but they take good care of us, too. Mags, our German Shepherd, is always welcomed with water and treats, and a pat on the head. We love these people!
They have a good inventory of PU's to see. A great staff and exceptional facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit.
I recently went on a road trip to visit a friend who had just moved to Bend and during my journey my check engine light came on (I have a 2013 F-150). Worried about my return journey to Washington I had the code ran and called Robberson Ford's service department to see if I could make it back home. Not only was the young woman on the phone extremely reassuring but I just had my dealership check out the engine and it turns out her original guess of a blown rubber diaphragm on my turbocharger was exactly what was wrong with my truck and why the check engine light came on. Not a costumer but if you live in Bend and want excellent service by people who know what they are doing check out the great staff over at Robberson Ford!
