Bought a 2014 Elantra 95,000 miles 2 days ago, low miles and very clean condition as advertised. Went in looking for a new rig for myself, wasn’t pressured or rushed. Had to come back to finalize as the brakes were not good, and I requested them to be repaired and I would buy it. No problem with meeting my request. Only reason for a 4 star review is sadly there is a lot of upkeep to do which is costing me $1500 to get the needed maintenance and upkeep it needed well before the dealership had it such as Bald tires, dire need of a tuneup, transmission and coolant flush, wipers replaced and air filter and cabin air filter and 90k mileage service, gas cap broken. Records per carfax show oil changed and 1 tires replaced since 2014 to current, so it is very behind. Only complaint is coolant was empty at time of purchase and tires were over PSI and front rotor resurface work was not the best . Easy self fixes of course but overall purchase experience was quick easy and financing was a breeze. Do get the Used car warranty if available and he does add gap insurance to the contract better to be safe then sorry. Now wait for plates and registration and loving my purchase.nn3 weeks- and been in the shop not one not twice not three but now it’s 4th trip to the shop because of leaking. Turns out the oil pan and timing cover were glued on and not properly fixed, still waiting for reg and plates and receiving no contact back when trying to get status report, also used warranty plan doesn’t cover pre purchase issues and their rep is not nice nor helpful so there really is no point in having it, spend over $2000 on tripsnto the shop.Sadly can’t give a 4 star review anymore.nnNow will not respond when asked about reg and plates status- was told at time of sale 3rd party is used for faster processing 2-3 weeks, well 4 weeks now and nothing. I have text twice with 0 response but can see they have been read, I have now filed a formal complaint with DMV and BBB. Also contacted the financial company which carried my loan which is now paid in full. So I will at least get the title, to report my issue which has been documented.nnTo response from business- did get the warranty and can’t be used within first 30 days because it’s considered preexisting issue, 3 shops tried to use it and was denied under Pre-existing issue. So getting is wasn’t worth it in the end. As you should remember it was $1295, you recommended it so I said ok.

You all are awesome ud83dude0ennUpdate 9 months later:nnwithout getting into to many details, after a few hiccups mechanically with my vehicle, within the first week, that I purchased from here, it was fixed by the dealership under extraneating circumstances. After that It ran like a champ.nnIt lasted 9 months close to 45,000 mi, this is how used car purchases should be. I plan on purchasing a second car from here, but I'm going to do more due diligence in taking the next vechile I plan to buy here, to a certified mechanic before I purchase to confirm I know exactly what I'm getting into.nnAgain thankyou Jon. You have more trust from me, than any other person I've ever worked with in the auto industry.nnCan't wait to make the drive to prineville again.
