Pomp's Tire Service

Very unprofessional! Customer service is terrible. They damaged my vehicle during an oil change and would not admit it. I gave them a second chance when I needed a tire repair (which was flat again in a week) and they would not help with the issue. I tried calling their corporate office and there was no return response. Stay away from this place!

Good service fair prices

Very clumsy and forgetful. Forgot to replace 1 lug nut and 1 valve cap. I called just now, And Spoke with Steve, who asked me to come back so they could put it back on. Problem is I live 120 miles away! I asked him to mail the lug nut to me but he Said he couldn't. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This place is now called GCR Tires, they did an alignment for me and I was very happy with the service.
