This review is so hard to write, I just don't know where to start. I had a very difficult situation, one that goes way beyond any services that are even listed in the services provided. The request was so unusual, I was certain that they could not do it. You could almost feel John's smile on the phone as I was asking. I could hear how busy they were in the background yet instead of doing the logical thing and tell me it couldn't be done he accepted the challenge. I am certain he had to sacrifice some of his personal time, but he put together my request. I can honestly say in 50 years I do not believe I have ever had this level of customer service. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their efforts, a decades long tradition has been rescued for my family. Thank you so much, may you have a safe and happy holiday season. Jim
