I'm giving it 5 stars only for the quality of the food. As for the employees go, I feel they could all use a brush up on customer service skills. Yes we all know how hard this past year has been, but we are all doing our best and when at your place of work it requires you to have a smile and good attitude. Speaking as a former waitress I know how crucial this can be for your customers. Regardless of how you feel, your customer service should always be on point. I

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, the only customer in the store, and the employees working not only did not greet me, they did not even look at me, ask how I could be helped, etc. Nothing. I stood there for several minutes and had to be the one to engage. This is not the first time I have had issues at this location. Both with customer service and quality/correct mobile order. I will gladly drive out of my to go uptown in the future as they are absolutely fantastic.nManagement needs to step into the Harrison location and take a good look at what is really going on in their restaurant.n0 out of 5 stars, highly recommend going elsewhere.

I go here frequently as my wife absolutely loves Subway. Food is always good and is made correctly. Store is always clean. Employees are very polite.

The one star reviews are not lying. Tonight, 9:30pm, I went to subway and the kid with the black hair & glasses was so rude. He couldn’t tell me what normally went on a philly sandwich so me not ordering it before did not know what really went on it. Rudely said “ whatever you want”. Disregarded my request for more spinach on my sandwich, didn’t give my other friend all the condiments she wanted. Threw her lettuce, rudely, after she asked for Avocado. No wonder why you had zero tips in the jar. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t even have the decency to be polite to paying customers.
