First time customer. Got a flat tire and have an AWD so came expecting to be raked over and having to replace all tires. They were incredibly time efficient and honest with me about having 3/4 tread left on my tires and that the flat could be easily patched. And to top it off they did it on the house.....for no reason. Incredible. And they replaced my spare under the car and the tools in the boot. Nice guys. I'll be looking for this shop next time I have tire trouble

Had a rental car with a slow leak with a wedding to be at. They got me in and fixed the leak immediately! Free! I'm a customer in Denver too.

Every time - every employee - this place IS AMAZING! I managed to break my neck and was unable to drive for quite some time. The team at Les Schwab went above and beyond to help my vehicle get the tires it needed and get my car back to me, all while treating me with the utmost kindness and respect! Absolutely love this place. They’re always extremely friendly, prices aren’t hard to beat, and every repair I’ve had with either my brakes or tires have had 0 issues afterwards. I go to this shop exclusively for any tire or brake problem

Brought my car in knowing the cv axle boot was torn from a previous tire change a month prior. Told me I needed a quote even though I was already told the issue then. 5 hours go by and I’m told my rack tire rods are also worn and needed to be replaced $700 fix. Thing is I got my rack replaced just before I came in for the tire change and had an alignment, both done at two different shops who didn’t mention anything when I asked them about possible maintenance. Horrible business model lying to your customers to get money out of them, I feel bad for whoever you actually scam with this. Don’t bring your vehicle here, terrible customer service and even worse business practices.
