Went though the drive-thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, a frozen cherry treat, 2 vanilla and for chocolate mini shakes. The boy at the window has no idea how to say sir and instead called me man. He brought the right sandwich and frozen treat but brought us 2 vanilla and 4 strawberry shakes. I told him it was wrong and he looks at me and says, oh uh, I got you down for 4 strawberry. They had nothing to transport the mini shakes in so I asked for a box and he had me pull around to the parking lot while they corrected it.nAnother boy brought the box out with 4 chocolate and 2 strawberry. I have no idea how they got it wrong twice. Chocolate, vanilla and strawberry sound nothing alike. We gave up and brought those to our kids. They didn't like the strawberry.

For some reason, every time I go there they are absolutely rude. Went there very recently and when we pulled up to the cashier we had to pay with cash and card. I know that’s sort of more work, and I understand, but the cashier looked at us and went “Really? Are you kidding me?”. Another time, the lady at the cashier spot decided to inform me how much she hated that place and was going to quit. Absolutely awful employees when it comes to customer service

I ordered 2 whopper meals online and my wife's whopper wrong completely it only had lettuce and mustard and that was it and it was suppose the same as mine just with out tomato and I called and tried explaining the situation and tried telling the manager on duty that it was the system that deleted hafe the item and she just kept saying that she would remake them but it would be the same as the what the receipt says and I was just wanted to add bacon and cheese on it kept saying I would pay for the extra for it I didnt have a problem paying for it .cause I wanted them on both whoppers and mine had them and hers got deleted of the order and she refused to and was completely rude about and was making very angry cause of how rude she was and refused to help me and make then how I wanted them . It was a very disappearing experience

REALLY!nMy truck is too big for the drive thru and you won't serve me. If it wasn't for people like me and all the other drivers out there, YOU wouldn't get your deliveries and you'd be getting food stamps. Refusing food to a working individual. You must have been so proud of yourself. You lost a customer. Way to help out during a pandemic.
