Great trail to hike and see two waterfalls (St. Mary and Virginia Falls). The water is beautiful and very blue. It’s definitely a sight to see. Pictures don’t do it enough justice. The sight and sound of the waterfall is an experience and definitely worth the trip.

Great trail that it is not too strenuous or long that provides great views of multiple waterfalls, some of which are not even named on the trails. That is one important item to keep in mind as if you are doing this trail in conjunction with Virginia Falls, make sure that you go far enough. We made the mistake of turning around too early after seeing some pretty amazing other waterfalls that we thought were Virginia Falls but ended up not being it after later looking at photos.

My favorite hike in Glacier National Park. On the hike you see several waterfalls and in addition you walk along the cliff side next to the lake. Absolutely stunning views no matter where you are. The hike goes up and down mildly in elevation, but as long as your bring water you should finish it with relative ease.

It's a lovely hike. The water is a gorgeous color, and I jumped from the bridge into the glacially-fed river. It was so wonderfully fun and exhilarating to do this, except that the water was extremely cold, but I felt so alive after I did it! A moment I will never forget!

Awesome hike! If your bold and the weather is warm... TAKE THE LEAP!! quite cold but extremely refreshing nothing like submerging in a glacier waterfall.
