Always quick and always right
Awesome pizzas are always good salad
Pizza was amazing and quick! Even with covid this pizza hut is doing amazing. Clean and friendly staff as well!
I always specify that I want light sauce on my pizza and they never ever get it right.nnThey also retaliate if you don’t tip them. Pretty weird when to only time they follow my directions about the sauce is when I have to pay 20 extra dollars for it.nnThey never bring my food out to curve side pick up. I always have to go inside to pick it up. Even though I select curve side pickup every time I order on the app.nnThey lost my order once and it wasn’t until I got there that they informed me. And it took them an extra 5 hours to refund my money while the manager dodged my calls 5 times.nnTheir parking lot is horrendous.nnTheir customer service is abysmal. Walked in today to get my curve side order and both waitresses just walked away from the cash register.nnI wouldn’t recommend this particular Pizza Hut chain. I will never order here again after they messed up my order for the millionth time. They lost my business.
I’ve never had bad pizza here but the service is absolute S**t. We’ve been hung up on. We’ve had money stolen as “tips” and now when we tried to pay over the phone for delivery we were hung up on, then when the pizza showed up he would not accept the card, or a local check. We tried to call back and give our card number but we’re told no because the pizza had already left. Not to mention all the times we’ve gone in and had our waitress crying because she’s so overwhelmed with 2 tables. Step it up Pizza Hut. Step it up.
