Went in with questions about training, memberships, etc.... and Nicole took the time to teach me how to climb a rope. And in less than 5min, I was at the top of the rope! She took the time and wasn't hurried. Made sure all my questions were answered. Great experience!

Crossfit Flathead is a wonderful place. Staffed by knowledgeable, personable coaches that care about your progress. Fun to workout with down to earth people, that enjoy the challenge of improving their health. Truly accessible to people of all abilities, all the workouts are scalable to make sure you get results, while ensuring you stay safe.

I really love this place! The coaches are awesome and super helpful! They have several different times for classes throughout the day so there’s always a time that works well. The workouts are always amazing and it’s always something new and challenging!

Accessible no matter your fitness level (my 74-year old Mom CrossFits here with me almost daily). Coach Buf is tough but extremely fair & one of the OGs of CrossFit. He knows his stuff & is one hell of a motivator. You will learn a ton, meet people of all fitness levels and backgrounds, and will 100% improve your fitness here if you commit to doing the work.

I just started going. I really like it so far. He teaches you the right way to lift so you don't hurt yourself. It's really challenging. And every work out is different.so you don't get bord.
