Fries were soggy, chicken on my grilled chicken sandwich was extremely tough and I paid $5 for a fruit salad that consisted of 1 large chunk of cantaloupe, 1 large chunk of honey dew and 1 large chunk of pineapple, all of which tasted like they had been sitting out for two days.

The service was not good, and they were not very busy. Nice people, but we struggled not only to get the right thing to the table, but anything to the table. Food was ok, but you are paying for the location and the view. The history of the building is amazing. Definitely worth checking out the hotel and lobby. I would suggest skipping the dining experience unless you get a table by the window on a beautiful day.

Gave this place a second chance because of my husband. First time we went the food was good but the service was slow. Second time was just when lunch started 11:30am. We ordered our food and I asked if they could bring our toddler’s fruit when my husband’s appetizer came. She told us no problem she could do that. Well they dropped off my husbands food but no fruit. So we waited... after about 15 minutes with no waitress or food for my upset 1 year I told my husband I was done waiting. I ended up going to a different restaurant to feed my toddler. The waitress only showed up after I had left to tell my husband the food was cooking and was very rude when my husband told her we asked for our son’s fruit to come out with the appetizer. She did not apologize till my husband canceled our order. I have never had such poor service.

This place was pretty good! I ordered the Caprese sandwich and it was very good. I recommend going here for one of your meals while you are here!

The atmosphere is lovely and the staff was nice. However, our server was far from attentive as we had to wave him down for another round of drinks. We came for a birthday celebration, my mom was disappointed with her steak, I ordered the Rockfish, which was super dry and my boyfriend ordered the trout, which he really liked. Overall, you are paying for the atmosphere, food is ok... which is not ok when you are paying that much for an entree. I expected to be wowed, but wasn't even pleased.
