I had A scheduled appointment at 5 30 today was made Monday 3 days ago by them.Employee was laughing and in good mood, visiting with another customer they just helped.Came out saw my family which is 4 of us sitting patiently and quietly waiting , immediately dropped her smile shot us a glare asked what we were doing there I then told her that I have a appointment,she said her secretary didn't put us in asked me if I was sure it was there I then showed her their own business card with there writing, I said well that's not my mistake any other place of business says alright let me reschedule or at least ask the person who is behind us on the schedule if they mind.She didn't or offer an apology. I usually wouldn't care I've dealt with mistakes before it's not a big deal but the ignorant attitude towards mywife and my small girls is what I didn't like and think it's unprofessional,un called for to receive a glare like that in a professional setting, always had good service with H R block since 1995,being new to Cut Bank area we decided to do our taxes here but I will do them again in a different office and town.All she did was say we could wait and she'd see if they can get us in but I just walked out didn't get rude,just left disappointed in the fact that my family was looked at the way we were and treated very ignorant for no reason other than showing up on time for a appointment, regardless of the profession one is in,I know for fact you don't treat the public customer with a bad attitude and glares. you had to be there understand,.
