My wife and I noticed a boat sale sign when visiting Cascade. We walked over to see the beautiful boats and were greeted by Victor who answered all our questions. He was friendly, honest, and not pushy at all.nWe went in the store to get a brochure and were greeted again by his lovely wife. Long story short, we returned 3 days later and bought our new boat at a great price and with most of the items needed to get started boating.nVictor is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We had a great experience! I stop in every time I’m in Cascade and I’m greeted by name. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another boat from them.nThanks for making the experience great!
Upon first use, the fishfinder and live well didn't work. They offered good service fixing the the problems the workers caused. Then when taking it to have a bimi made, the staff there realized the main motor wasn't mounted properly and now have to have major repairs made, to a new boat, to properly mount and repair. The people don't know what they're doing. Buy the boat, but the mechanics can't install things properly. Not even the motor.
We received excellent service. Purchased a new Crestline Boat a week ago, today we picked it up, it is perfect!
