The Reserve

My dinner and appetizer were poor at best. The Idaho Trout was NOT grilled, but cooked on parchment paper to the consistency of mush. Calamari was way over cooked to the point it fell apart and crumbled on the plate. Food is overpriced for the value you get. Wine list is good, and the berry crumble is good.

Absolutely an amazing experience at The Reserve at Tamarack. They have QR codes you can scan for the menu, or get a physical menu. Decor and lighting were amazing, the place was packed yet noise levels were low enough I easily had a conversation with my friends. The staff were great, we had to wait about 10min for a table, but instead of carrying around something to let me know when my table was ready, my phone just got a text.nNow to the important part: The food.nWe had a couple of dishes and tried each other's out. They were all amazing. The smoked Idaho Trout salad had the best smoked flavor I've ever had. The prosciutto and chorizo panini was also excellent. Their food, specialty cocktails, and service were spectacular. Portion size was large enough that we all had to get to go boxes after a day of skiing/boarding. What a special gem and treat this was. We'll be back again soon, I highly recommend The Reserve.

Food was excellent and proportions were large. Service was fast and friendly. Definitely will be back.

Not too bad... they need a bigger menu selection cause right now it be not too many choices for my snobby nose in the air, think I'm better than you azz!!! Just sayin people of Tami!!

It's so fun tamarack finally has a nice restaurant though there are definitely some kinks to be worked out though. A couple dishes at the table were pretty bland (the idaho trout and the spaghetti specifically weren't great) but a lot of the other food was very good. The service was also pretty slow but they are still figuring things out as a new restaurant.
