This place is great because of the owners. I see others comments, you don’t go here expecting the Ritz. The pool is clean and maintained, bathrooms cleaned often. Yes it’s old and needs work. Owners are aware and are working towards improvements.nGo there with the right expectations and ask to speak to Guy. If you’ve got a sense of humor, reasonable and expectations and thick skin, you’ll like this place.
This place is extremely run down and extremely dirty. The bathrooms had mold and broken pipes. Showers didn't work efficiently. They were rusted over and not much water came out. Bathrooms were disgusting. The floors had a slimming film on the floors which I can only assume is mold or some kind of algae growing. The place was over crowded probably due to spring break. The guy at the front was extremely nice and helpful. He was the best part of the trip. It wasn't the worst but we definitely probably won't be back. We were a little grossed out how dirty and run down the place was. I hope they fix the place up bc it's literally falling apart and lacks cleanliness. A+ for customer service though which is why I couldn't give it 1 starud83dudc4d
The management is what makes a place the most awesome! Guy is a great person and because of him we will return, but with the kids. I don't believe it's much of a place for two adults just to go relax. But kids! They're going to love it
This hot springs is really sad. All these five star reviews are lies. If you like mold and outdated buildings then this place is for you. Pool temp not very warm felt like I was taking a bath. Bathrooms are discussing. Dripping nasty water from the ceiling because of poor ventilation. I understand it’s indoors but you need ventilation or bacteria grows. One person for the staff and not very friendly. No amenities except for soda. Disturbing for your kids When you have Elderly people making out in the corner and grinding. Showers do not work well and the little water that does come out smell like rotten stagnation puddle of water. Will not be going back with my family. If I could give negative stars I would.
Givens Hot Springs! If you are expecting a hot springs where folks have created a soaking pool near a river you will be surprised. This is a swimming pool setting with changing rooms and bathrooms.nIt reminds me of going to summer campud83dude0anThere are limited snacks available for purchase, bringing your own snacks and beverages is allowed.nThis is an indoor pool and is open every day...nThere is camping available as well and a very family friendly place
