Jump Creek Recreation Area, Idaho

Jump Creek has always been a nice little get away on a hot day. Not too far off the beaten path.nnAnd if you know anything of the local history while driving out to visit jump Creek you can pass by the house where a boston mobster wanted by the FBI for for a slew of charge's to include murder was finally arrested after having been on the run for more than a decade.

Its absolutely breathtaking! Kiddos loved it and many little trails near the creek for them to explore!

Great place to get out for a bit. Beautiful scenery

Just beautiful. Just went the other day for the second time. Still amazes me. We went back to pan a little for gold. Theres crawdads in the water and fun to watch. Some rough places along the hike so be careful. Signs also advise you about the poison ivy in the area

Such beautiful, quick and easy trail. Very busy most of the time.
