We used Extra Space for a year and it was a great experience the entire time. Never had any problems and the property was always so clean and well cared for. Upon moving out I had the pleasure of working with Ricardo at the front desk. He was extremely professional and very quickly took care of my needs. I work in the business of customer service and am always very impressed when I experience somebody finding ways to care for their customers in extra ordinary ways. 2 thumbs up for this place! Best experience ever! Great customer service. Really sold us on sharing Extra Space Storage with our friends and family. Units are clean and nice. Locks are easy and price isn’t to bad! Loved the service!!

It was a quick and easy process doing everything on line. Probably the smoothest process for a storage unit. Extremely friendly staff. I had a call while entering my reservation just to see if I needed any additional help. Highest recommendation!
Extra Space Storage (specifically Chase) was extremely helpful yesterday. He helped us with pricing and got us set up within an hour. No problems at all. Very polite, friendly and were COVID conscious. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
