We had an outstanding experience renting here. We rented 2 storage units and an RV spot. The manager is so helpful and always returned my calls ASAP. She was incredible and the customer service was perfect. The prices were a little higher than other places in the area, but for the service and location it was more than worth it. We would not hesitate to rent here again. We have rented storage in several states and through many companies. This was by far the best experience we've had (mainly because the customer service).

I’ve used a number of storage facilities over the years. Usually they’re nothing special and always dirtier than I think is necessary. Trust Storage is SO MUCH BETTER! Cleaner than expected, nice facilities, totally automated sign up process, super impressive. The only reason I needed to speak to someone was to see if they could accommodate a specific need I had. I got fantastic customer service from Sherrie I who totally went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Thank you! Don’t bother looking elsewhere, this place is the best!
The folks at Trust Storage were extremely helpful when I needed a last minute storage option for a trailer I purchased in Boise. Sherri was so helpful in assisting me a few hours before I needed to move in so that I could get back to work out of state. I found their rates to be very reasonable for the safe, clean, large storage unit I received. Upon move out, they were quick to inspect the unit and provide me my refund of my security deposit, plus the prorated amount for the rest of the month!nnI would certainly go back to this team anytime when needing to find a storage option.
I am so grateful to have found Trust Storage. I’m the first to admit, I know very little about storage units. This was the first time since college that I have needed a storage unit and with two kids and a full house I had no idea what size would work best. Plus, this storage unit would be holding much more meaningful memories that needed to be protected. A gal named Sherry helped to recommend exactly what I needed, and she walked me through all of the differences with this unit. TOTAL UPGRADE! Highly recommended!
