The staff was super helpful and easy to weird with. They were friendly but professional. The storage unit we got was super clean which was a welcome surprise. The entire lot looks clean and well kept which makes me feel good about having my stuff at their site.

We have been customers of the facility at 3735 Ten Mile Road in Meridian for almost 19 years - long before it became a Store It facility. The current company (Store It Self Storage) has expanded the facility and it is well maintained. The current managers (Kevin and Lila) are wonderful people to work with. We have greatly appreciated their understanding and helpfulness.
Great service, if you’re looking for a safe, clean and well-maintained storage facility this is it. Lila and Kevin run a tight ship. Great customer service and I can highly recommend Store It Storage
My husband and I decided to upgrade our RV and forgot about the high demand—also meaning high demand of storage options. A friend connected me with CW at Stor it and he literally found us a spot in under 15 minutes. We are AMAZED! And so thankful to be dodging HOA fines that were sure to come thanks to having nowhere but our street to park. CW was excellent from start to finish; courteous, jovial, helpful, and fast. Cannot recommend this company enough!
