The food was good but man was there a wait. Was it worth waiting over 40 minutes? Eh probably not but it's still pretty good food, and the portions are pretty big. When you go just keep in mind that they only take cash.

This place is the best! Huge portions at great prices. Authentic and well worth the short detour off the interstate. The little gal that runs it is just the sweetest thing. THEY HAVE MOVED BEHIND THE MAVERICK GAS STATION.

What a delightful find! The grandmother saw that I was traveling and was loaded to the gills in my car. She knew I had a long way to go. She made me go sit down and eat a little bit of food while it was hot before continuing on my journey. She gave me a few extra Free bottles of water and some chai Thai tea. as I was leaving the cook had finished up and was outside watering some of his plants and gave me the biggest smile and wave goodbye. What a sweet wonderful group of people and delicious food
