Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Their food is very much like down home country cooking. I love their fried chicken and I tried their loaded sweet potato tonight. It was perfect and filling. Service was a bit on the slow side but we were taken care of in the end.

Oh my goodness! Stopped there for lunch after church ordered a slice of Honey Ham...ud83dude32.it was huge 1+ inch thick and the size of a dinner plate ... It looked like a ROAST, enough to feed a family of 4 plus 3 sides for $15. The service was fast and the server was excellent. Only waited 20 minutes for a table. I ate 1/4 of the ham...it is delicious, moist and not dry... We will be having left over ham for the next 2 days...glad that I won't have to cook.

I always stop at Cracker Barrel when I’m traveling in my rv. They have safe and secure parking area and designated spaces for campers. They welcome overnight parking for travelers in RVs and camper vans and travel trailers. It’s always great to wake up and head inside for a hot home cooked meal. This particular Cracker Barrel has great reviews for food and service. Highly recommended

Was excited to try the Chicken pot pie. Very disappointed! Flavor was great, but should’ve been marketing it as Chicken pot pie soup. Definitely does not hold up to the advertising expectations as being loaded with vegetables and chicken. End product did not meet expectations set by advertisement. Would say it was great soup, had to eat it with a spoon, crust was great, but dissolved in the soup consistency of the meal. Definitely not thick with ingredients as advertised. Definitely could not eat with a fork, unless willing to leave 75% of meal in the bowl, and would need to tip the bowl to drink the rest.

Never been to cracker barrel before. It's all tables, chairs, no booths which was a little surprising. Ordered fried Chicken. Came with a lot of food. Green beans were yummy. Chicken okay, except too much breading. Server very attentive. They also have specials, but I wanted the chicken.
