Amazing staff. The owner Shane set me up on a workout program and I lost 28lbs in under 3 months. Family friendly, clean and offers a variety of classes. Well worth it

I love this little gym, it has everything I need to get a great workout in. And its never super busy. You see the same dedicatedndictated people everyday. The staff is super friendly too.
