Went to deposit our covid cash that came on an Economic Impact Payment Card (Visa) and the teller at the window just assumed an amount, she made up, to run for a cash advance to be deposited into our checking account. 1/2 the amount on the card! Now here's the kicker, only the first cash advance fee can be waived. I asked to speak to a manager but none on duty, so with only half the money and now facing fee's that couldn't be waived my anger boiled over! I apologise for yelling but why just ASSUME and make up an incorrect amount? The only solution she could come up with was to void the transaction and try a different bank... We did but nope, locked out for 24 hours! 27 year customer - maybe it's time for a change.
