My mother and I came to open an account. Within the first 15 minutes we were told we would be helped shortly after the next customer. After 30 minutes, they said they were almost done and would help us soon (mind you everyone was laughing and on their phones around the customer we were waiting to finish). An hour later, we were still not helped. The manager allegedly had to leave. So instead of waiting another hour. We left. Not likely to come back.
