Loved all the people when they were at Fred Meyers my favorite is Kara Seems like when they moved they are only interested in having you bank my machine so they don’t have to pay many employees very sad when we all want customer service these days. The teller when they are there are shoved around the corner like an after thought you see no smiling faces anymore I think this new site really missed the boat. Personal banker Eric is awful only interested in his bottom line not yours I deposit most things by my phone and don’t go in. Today Saturday I tried and there were 7 people in line and one teller. Very sad what is going on I’m sure lots of customers are going else where I miss Kara she is great I’m sure she will be going somewhere else very sad.

I tried going to the bank at noon on a Tuesday but they were closed. The lady at the door told me to come back in 1-1.5 hours. I called at 3:15 to make sure they were open and the automated message said they were open till 5. I showed up and they were still closed.nOne man was sitting at a desk to the right and three ladies were at the desk straight ahead. I knocked to try and get an explanation and I was ignored. I tried calling the branch and no one answered. All I wanted to know was a good time to return.nI understand that things happen but I also believe in good customer service. If you're closed at odd times for unknown reasons, don't ignore people who are trying to use your services, especially when you're sitting around, clearly not busy. Lastly, don't quote unrealistic timeframes for reopening.nHopefully they get things sorted soon.

I had been a business customer of the CDA Chase bank for a little over 18 months and a Chase bank customer for about 10 years total. A majority of the time I went in to make a deposit, around 5 people would be on staff but typically only 1 actually helping a customer, while multiple bank customers waited in line. Today I got sick of this behavior and told the manager I was taking my $98,000 deposit and starting an account elsewhere. She replied ‘that’s great’.nnI am not at all surprised by this response because they could care less about their customers. Terrible employees at a nice looking branch.nnSave yourself the agony and start your account elsewhere.

I am a Bank of America business customer and went to this location twice to move my business accounts to Chase. I was given a card and told to email someone to get more details about a business account. I was disappointed by the organization and service in this branch - in my opinion whoever is in charge of the branch is not experienced or capable.

Why put a phone number on your website when no one answers? I had called 15 times today and each time I got the voice recording of “our staff is assisting others”. I think if you have that man customers then maybe there should be more staff to help do phone calls and whatever else for those who can not come into the store, like me who now lives in another state with no chase bank around.
