Mountain Village Resort

The hot tub shed is Great with a gorgeous view. If you are a party smaller than 6, be prepared to share your time slot. It is hot so slip in and out to cool off during your hour. The restaurant food is really decent but staff could be more desirable. All three times we ate there the staff gave attitude. Our room was very dated, dark and dingy. Seemed clean from what I could tell but dark comforters. It was like a step back to the 70s. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Looks like downstairs a remodel was occuring so hopefully all of them will be remodeled soon. Buy good beds and I'm sure I'll be back. There are only two small general stores in Stanley so try to bring what you need. Idaho is a beautiful area and too much to see to not stay here again. I just hope updated by then.

Stayed in the hotel, very clean and cabin like. Lots of room and awesome view. Next to he Mountain Village Restaurant which was super convenient. I will review them separately but I would highly recommend the lodge for a sleepover or even a week of outdoor fun!

The crew at the Mountain Village made sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the restaurant/bar was great and the hot spring pool that we were able to use for an hour as part of our stay was amazing. We will be back.

Came up here with my boyfriend for a little weekend get away. Everything was fantastic. The only disappointment was to not be able to use the hot spring, but I payed for hotel room, not the hot spring so it wasn't too big of a deal. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The restaurant was decent at best. Disappointed I had to send back my food because it wasn't made properly, and had to have them make a new dish for my boyfriend because there was just too much oil to be enjoyable.

Room was clean and the staff was superb! The natural hot springs hot tub with snow capped mountain views wasn't bad either. We arrived a day late than our initial reservation due to Hwy21 closure during the winter. We were afraid that we were not going to get credited 1 night stay, but the manager gave us a full refund. The lady at the front desk was also very nice, helpful, and friendly. - Would highly recommend this place! 5 out of 5.
