Sawtooth Hotel

Cute hotel in a great location. Staff is super friendly. One thing to note though is that it stays incredibly loud through 10pm because rooms are right above the restaurant. Not great for early hiking mornings. Unless you can sleep through noise, you’re also going to wake up before 9am because it gets loud downstairs with people talking and children yelling before then. You can hear it all word for word too: (Adult woman) “We didn’t have to bring you on this trip! We wanted to spend time with you but not when you act like this!” (Child yells in response.) And if they’re not speaking some kind of TV is playing, also loudly.nnOnly stay here if you really don’t care at all about sound, or have no other choice.

We had a great stay at this charming hotel. We stayed in one of two rooms with an en suite bath, however the common bathroom was nice and would likely accommodate travelers well. There are many homey touches in the rooms and common areas. We would recommend a stay!

Kelli and her team have created something special in Stanley's downtown core. The original lodge from 1931 is incredibly restored, and the dining experience stands out among Stanley's other options. The Sawtooth Hotel is quintessential Stanley and should be at the top of everyone's list.

I loved this place! The river was literally 20 feet from or front door. I wish I could have stayed longer!

This was a great hotel. The food downstairs can't be beat and the staff is super friendly.
