Mark G. Gave notice prior to the schedule and sent his picture before he came to the house. He arrived on time and greeted with a fine demeanor. He introduced himself and asked if I am the contact person. He then started assessing the situation and explained to me different options on how he can go about the work. He explained what will be done and the cost of each option before proceeding. After the discussion, I was asked to sign on site on what was agreed and he proceeded with the work. Mark is very thorough with his work and does it really well. He makes sure that his work is excellent. Since I was watching how he was doing it, he was fine with me asking questions and gladly answered them. Upon completion of the work, he cleaned up and done. Over $200 for 20 minutes or less just feels a little like robbery. They didn’t tell me pricing until the guy was at my house. No way would I have paid that for what I knew was going to be pretty simple. They did get there the same day, so the availability was good.

My experience with Same Day Electric was great. When I called to schedule my appointment they weren’t able to come out on the “same day” but everything from alerts for the upcoming appointment to a text (including picture) notifying me that the electrician (Brendan) was on his way was amazing. Brendan was courteous, informed me of the issue and repaired it quickly... he even wore a mask; most service people we’ve had recently either didn’t or seemed irritated when asked to. He additionally provided a quote for additional services that I’ve wanted done in the near future. I highly recommend Same Day Electric and will always ask for Brendan whenever needed in the future.

Brendan Installed box and wiring for new hot tub. Good work and thorough. Friendly. Took time to explain work and arranged for inspection. I will be using this company again for installation of attic fan. If you are getting a run around from other companies and long wait times to do work, call same day electric. They came out right away to estimate and had worked scheduled up and delivered within a week. They made everything easy.

Dave was very professional & efficient. He explained everything in a clear & concise manner. We felt very confident in his knowledge & were very pleased with the work that was done. Have confidence in using their service, especially if Dave is your technician.
