Have been going through Challis every year for deer hunting. Been eating breakfast there at least once every year. My husband insists that Roy's sausage is the best there is. Lives it. They do poached eggs and toast they way it is suppose to be. Joanna is amazing. Since we are planning to move there we are going more often. She immediately brings coffee and knows exactly what we want. She doesn't write anything down. The coffee is the best I have ever had. Can't say enough about the place.
