Marco's Pizza

Mistakenly brought bone in wings with our order and when I called to mention the mistake the clerk quickly fixed the order and got us out a replacement order without question, even though they were extremely busy. After moving to Daybreak a year ago we ordered Dominoes out of 10 years of Utah county habit and when they messed the order up and refused to fix it as it wasn’t their problem, we ordered Marco’s. Never turning back. You’ve earned our business. Thank you.

We love Marco's Pizza! They often have deals and make it easy to order over the phone or online. Our favorite pizza has the Old World Pepperoni on it and the way the pepperoni crisps is perfect!

Ordered online at 8:10pm and recieved a pickup time of 12 minutes. Arrived and paid for my order at 8:22, but was told it would be a couple more minutes. At 8:40 an employee finally appeared and asked if I'd been helped. After finding my order on his screen the employee (not wearing a name tag) said he'd find out how much longer things would be. He never approached me with any follow up. 5 minutes later Ian walked in the door from delivering pizzas. He immediately asked me if I'd been helped. I told him the situation to which he apologized. He found out that my order didn't print properly and had been messed up. He discounted my order 20%. The first employee finally reemerged and when I expressed my frustration about the failed communication, he informed me that they were swimming in messed up orders and extra food. This location doesn't seem to have thing together. Food was pretty decent. Wouldn't go here again without hesitation and doubt.

We needed to order pizza last night (Friday). Ordered it on their App and paid for it, this was about 11:20pm. A few moments later they called and said they would not make the order because they close at midnight. We offered a large tip to the driver to bring it over (5 minutes away) and they said no. I am a kitchen manager and have been for years. My posted hours mean that we don't stop taking orders until we close. But apparently this business thinks they stop taking orders when they feel like they are done. We ended up ordering elsewhere and they were all too happy to take our money.nSorry Marcos but closing down orders 40 minutes before your posted closing time is poor management. Unfortunately this company will not be receiving my recommendations anymore when someone asks what pizza we want to order.

Man o man do I love this place. The staff is wonderful. They all have masks on, bringing more comfort to the rough environment we are going through. They have great EVERYTHING!!! It is a must have if you are in the area. Being that they are the 6th best Marcos in the nation, they definitely do not disappoint! At times it can be busy but they always make it up in the end. I encourage everyone to go try some pizza, wings, subs and salad. Keep up the great work guys!
