Just got a storage locker here and it was a great experience. Attitude is important to me and Gene at the front desk had an upbeat and friendly demeanor. She showed me my new locker on the second floor and the cargo elevator to bring items upstairs! Good vibes, convenient daily hours and a good price. I highly recommend!

Very happy, long time customer!nWe have been a long-time customer of A American storage since we moved from Reno to New York 16 years ago. We only have great things to say about this business. They’ve gone out of their way to keep our unit safe and have always been super helpful every time we needed to move stuff around. Don even helped us cut off locks from an old chest that we lost the keys to. All great people to work with!

The prices and service are outstanding. The only issue though is even if you pay for a full month they don't give you what wasn't used back they tell you no refunds. If they prorated the rent if you didn't stay all month I would definitely give them 5 stars and spread the word about their storage being the best.

This was the best storage unit I’ve ever used, despite how it looks my belongings were secure and protected. The elevator isn’t rideable but I don’t think it would be safe to anyways. Management has been too kind and understanding of my situation and was able to help me in my time of need, all you need to do is let them know :) this place provides locks and other supplies if you forget or need it and provides carts and dollys to help you with your load. If I ever need storage again I will come here 10/10

This storage facility is top notch. The staff are very friendly and are willing to work with you on price and size. Within reason. They have plenty of units of all sizes from 5x10 to 10x20 and the hole property is well maintained including the freight elevators that give you access to the 2nd floor units.
