Subway is always subway. It looks like a whole new crew in there but the service could be better. It just doesn't feel like you're welcomed in the building. More of a hey yeah I understand you here, just keep waiting. Like I stated a whole new crew so my idea will change.

Person that made the sandwich was rude, she didn’t use gloves while prepping the sandwich and I found 3 hairs in it so thanks for being incredibly unprofessional. And learn to be welcoming too it’s not that hard to say “hi” or “hi, I’ll be with you in a moment”.

This is what I paid $15 for. It is supposed to be a hot pastrami footlong deluxe which means it is supposed to have one and a half times the amount of meat as a regular sandwich. I was assured that this was one and a half times the amount of meat. I was quickly reminded of why I stopped getting food from here since it changed owners. I was left hungry and not too happy that I paid so much for a sandwich that tasted mostly like just bread and guacamole.

Owner is really cool. Really great food. Highly recommend eating there if you are near or passing through USA Parkway.
