Our food & customer service was awesome. My daughter's chicken & shrimp pasta came out on the spicy side & she couldn't eat it. The manager came out apologized to her & offered her something else. He took the meal off of our bill & also gave her a free dessert. We love outback & will be back again. Thank you!
The food was good but the drinks where bad
We ordered online for curbside pickup at the Outback in Sparks. The server was friendly and we had our food within 3 minutes of parking. It was the first time I had been to Outback and I'm sorry to say I was disappointed. I'm not fussy about food. I love all kinds of food. My husband had steak and shrimp. I had steak and a baked potato. The steaks were done just the way we like so that was a plus but they were over seasoned to the point that we only tasted the black pepper. Baked potato was under cooked, hard in the middle. The shrimp was over cooked and suffering from too much seasoning. I expected better from a chain restaurant and hope that the cook/chef was having a bad night and the food is usually much better. I won't be going back though and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Cheap food experience prices
Wait staff Briana was great! Happy and on point without being too much. We both ordered steaks medium. Both came out rare but was easily fixed to perfection . Overall had a great time and a very good meal. We were in costume for Halloween ud83cudf83 as Bonnie n Clyde just having a good time. Dinner there made it even better!! 4 ½ stars and would recommend!!
