Could not recommend highly enough. After having children, aquiring new properties and opening a small business, we were overdue on updating our living trust and protecting our business and assets. We sought them out to do this and got quite an education in the process, learning that our previous will was basically worthless and the reasons why. They were so informative, “held our hands” through the process and promptly answered any follow up questions we had. The peace of mind we now have is invaluable.

Please take extreme cautions at this time when visiting this law firms’ offices and/or seminars. This law firm held a Sand Harbor day at the beach on Friday, July 10th. A staff member stated there were 40 of her coworkers in attendance in addition to herself. I am a resident at Tahoe and there is a current surge in the area. During the pandemic, I have not observed the level of carelessness that I observed from this firm. In addition to the employees there appeared to be a large number of children and extended family in attendance. I observed only two people wearing masks, no social distancing was practiced. No hand sanitizer was seen for a 4 hour period of time. No safety precautions appeared to be in place when visiting public areas. This behavior came within days of the governor’s mandate and pleas to follow precautions, so that we could keep our economy open. I would question a law firm that demonstrated this type of poor judgment during a pandemic. A considerable amount of unnecessary risk was taken that could impact many lives and other people’s livelihoods.
