The law firm of Maddox, Segerblom, and Canepa were amazing to work with. They were through and always available for any questions we had. We worked a lot with Sandy who was always professional, friendly, always on time for appointments and just a great person to represent this firm. We have never been involved in a law suit before and they made it comfortable for us. We appreciate the hard work the lawyers and people who work for the firm did and would recommend them.

I owned a Clayton Manufactured home out in Red Rock, which I loved, and did not realize I had boundary and septic troubles until I decided to sell it. Because of Ardea Canepa's sharp eye and very firm letter to the sub contractor I recovered ALL my expenses and have settled all the issues. I am absolutely amazed what Ms Canepa achieved with one letter that I could not resolve in many letters!. I can and will recommend Ms Canepa and her firm very highly when land issues arise.nThanks to Ms Canepa for her expertise and professionalism!

My new home suffered a structural problem do to unstable soil - edge curling. Maddox, Segerblom, Canepa, and Sandy came to my rescue. After several years of pursuing the builder through the legal system a settlement was finally reached which gave me enough money to repair my home. I will be forever grateful to this team for all they did on my behalf and I highly recommend this firm.

Maddox, Segerblom & Canepa did a FANTASTIC job in our construction defects case. I interacted with several people from their office throughout our 2 year litigation. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always prompt about getting back to you when you have questions/comments/concerns. I especially enjoyed working with Darcy, Ardea, Eva, and Sandra. Not only did we WIN our settlement conference, but each homeowner was able to get more money that we had originally asked for. Being part of a law suit is no fun for anyone, but if you have to be a part of one, I can't say enough positive things about this firm!
