Followed the address provided to a shopping center with z fitness nowhere to be found. Called and got no answer. I'm figuring this place has closed permanently and didn't update any platform to inform customers.

I had an amazing time in Jakes class! By far the best studio for cardio dance in the area! Super clean, very modern, friendly staff and all professional instructors. Definitely a must!

Massage Review:nnI booked a 1 hour deep-tissue massage with Karli and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. I do a lot of sports and need to get bodywork. Karli had a good pressure (I asked her for it), great technique and used the time perfectly to work mostly on my shoulders and neck and then the rest of the body. Amazing experience, only regret is to not have booked a 1.5 h appointment!

Great place for a fun workout!! Friendly staff and great instructors!! I love the energy!! I always make time to do a class or two when I'm in town....Love!!
