Love this place, nice people and fast
Front desk lady was absolutely a douche. I was told that I could get my personal property out of my car and when I showed up they told me it wasn't allowed. Didn't even see my car and was there all day waiting. Now I have to take legal action to obtain my car. Not only is this place a joke but they aren't very smart either
I have purchased several cars from insurance auctions and this was by far the easiest in and out that I have done. I don't remember the ladies name up front but she was really kind they I have the car ready to go and I was able to drive it up onto the trailer.
My boyfriend and I went last night with the intent of just looking. He ended up purchasing a Ford Focus for himself. This was our first time and he got excited but now understands how it works and we tried another Auto Auction for my brother. At Repokar there was a wide selection of good cars for low prices. He got his Chevrolet Cruze very quickly.
