Parents live in here nice bunch of people that live in here
That mobile home park is run by a slumlord. My friend lives in there, and the water pipe broke under the ground on New Year's Day. She's 66 years old, has COPD and a host of other things wrong with her. She can't breathe and was hauling gallons of water around to flush the toilet and to do her dishes because he refused to pay extra for someone to fix it on New Year's Day. He lives in California, came here and bought a mobile home park, and enjoys the rent without ever spending any money.
You must come see for yourself you can only see Daytons finest ..trialer park
Great People and clean very nice establishment highly recommended
Needs work . Owner is very cheap when fixing or replacing worn out things . Pays low when working for him
