The line was around the building for drive through. So we decided to go inside. There was no one in line! We walked up and ordered and was out in 8 minutes. They were all happy hard working people. Thank you for making this so easy.nMerry Christmas.
Let me start by saying that if someone asks for a non dairy milk then they NEED to receive that request. You're messing with people's allergies.nnYesterday they made my sweet cream cold brew drink an iced latte, no cold foam at all. Then when I returned to have it replaced, they put 2% milk in my drink instead of coconut milk. I got sick from just one sip.nnI didnt have a breakfast sandwich to replace a missing one, didnt warm the blueberry muffin. I worked at starbucks for two years, you guys just arent being thorough.
Long lines, as expected. 9 times out of 10 though they work very quickly! Polite and accommodating staff!
Drinks were great, how are they out of cream cheese for bagels?
Really poor customer service at this location today. Five employees ignored us. Simply amazing.
